By accessing or purchasing through elloragold.in, you agree to these Terms of Service and the other policies published on our website.

1. Products

ELLORA GOLD sells precious-metal products including gold jewellery and/or gold bars.

Product descriptions, photographs, weights, purity/fineness, certificates and other specifications will be provided where applicable.

Customers should review the product information carefully before placing an order.

2. Product pricing

Product prices may change based on market conditions, product availability, taxes, charges and other applicable factors.

The price displayed at checkout is the price applicable to the order, subject to any obvious pricing error or applicable legal requirements.

3. Gold price changes

Gold prices can fluctuate.

Once an order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed, the applicable transaction will generally be governed by the order confirmation, subject to cancellation, refund, pricing-error and legal provisions.

4. Taxes

Applicable taxes will be charged according to the tax treatment applicable to the product and transaction.

For example, CBIC currently states that GST on jewellery supplied to an end consumer is 3% of the total transaction value of the jewellery, whether making charges are separately shown or not. �

5. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

ELLORA GOLD may contact the customer for verification before accepting or dispatching an order.

We reserve the right, subject to applicable law, to cancel or decline an order where there is:

suspected fraud;

payment failure;

significant pricing/product information error;

inability to fulfil the product;

suspected misuse of the website;

other legitimate operational or legal reasons.

6. Payment

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.

ELLORA GOLD does not ordinarily store complete card information.

Payment-provider terms may also apply to transactions.

7. Gold purity and hallmark information

Where a product is represented as hallmarked jewellery, the relevant hallmark/fineness information will be provided as applicable.

BIS explains that hallmarked gold jewellery carries prescribed hallmark information, including purity/fineness and HUID under the current hallmarking system. �

For gold bullion/bars, applicable refinery, certification and marking requirements depend on the product and applicable regulations. BIS specifically identifies gold bullion/bars as a separate category from mandatory jewellery hallmarking. �

8. Intellectual property

All ELLORA GOLD branding, logos, photographs, product descriptions, graphics, text and website content are owned by or licensed to ELLORA GOLD unless otherwise stated.

They may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without permission.

9. Website use

Customers must not:

misuse the website;

attempt unauthorized access;

introduce malicious software;

interfere with website operation;

use the website for fraudulent purposes;

submit false or misleading information.

10. Third-party services

ELLORA GOLD may use third-party services for:

payments;

shipping;

analytics;

communications;

authentication;

customer support.

Those providers may have their own terms and privacy policies.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in India.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
